For two decades, he worked in the local business community. Employed as a General Manager in multiple fields, John later created and managed a business of his own. A native of Tucson, his desire to create Care Finders originated from his personal experience in caring for his elderly father, Gilbert. John’s dad endured Alzheimer’s for more than five years. After he closed his business, John became a caregiver for his father much of the time. After John’s father died, John decided he wanted to dedicate himself to helping people who found themselves in similar circumstances. Ultimately, he concluded that he could best serve people if he worked on his own; thus, Care Finders was born.
